What is the «Safely together» service
The pioneer service «Safely together» is the product of the cooperation of two major companies. An especially planned Medical Assistance program by INTERAMERICAN, which only ANEK in the field of transportation and ferry sector offers, free of charge, to all its passengers from their embarkation on its ships and for 7 days after the trip and for all ANEK LINES destinations!
In emergency cases of a sudden health problem or an accident away from home, INTERAMERICAN! Medical Assistance stands by your side, in order for any incident to be faced as quickly and effectively as possible.It specifically organizes, if needed, your transportation by ambulance, adequately equipped helicopter or even aircraft) to the appropriate hospital, so that you are treated immediately and in the best possible way.
Extra benefits, exclusively for ANEK passengers «Safely together» ensures a series of additional benefits that will help you and your family face the implications of an accident or an emergency health incident, effectively and fully.

Repatriation of members of your family
Repatriation of those members of your family that travel with you: the travel expenses for the return of the other members of your family to your place of residence in Greece are covered.
Hospitalization outside Greece
Hospitalization outside Greece, up to the amount of ? 2.700, when you have used ANEK LINES vessels for your trip in the Adriatic Sea.

For any sudden health incident in Greece, you may telephone, from hard line or mobile phone, “1010 Health Line”. If you are outside Greece, call +30 210 9461999. INTERAMERICAN’s experienced doctors of different specialties are at your disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide you with responsible medical advice and guidance. Specialized personnel will take on, if considered necessary, the organization and coordination of your sanitary transfer by the appropriate means (ambulance, helicopter or airplane), so that you quickly receive the necessary medical treatment.
