Cancelation Fees

En plus des frais d’annulation retirés par les compagnies maritimes, Greekferries Club SA prélève 10% sur le montant retourné pour les trajets internationaux et 5% pour les réservations intérieures.
Open return tickets
Open return tickets can be replaced with a new ticket of equal or greater value. Conversion to open date tickets can be made up to 3 hours prior to departure during low season and up to 12 hours prior to departure during high season. Open tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can not be canceled.
Ticket Changes
Ticket change means changing the travel dates, the route or upgrade category.
Changing the name of a passenger or downgrade category requires cancellation of the original ticket (see the cancellation policy of the company) and the purchase of a new ticket.
ATTENTION! If the passenger has the original tickets in their hands, they have to return them to the issuing agent in order to replace them with new tickets.
Ticket Loss
In case of ticket loss, there is no replacement and no refund.
Delay or cancellation of route
- DELAYED DEPARTURE: Passengers and vehicles can board the ferry without changing their tickets.
- CANCELLATION OF ROUTE: The tickets for the canceled route do not apply for boarding and must be changed for the next scheduled departure with available places, by replacing the original ticket.
- CAUTION: When the delay or cancelation of a ferry route is due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather), passengers are requested to communicate with the port offices of the company in order to be informed of the new departure time.
