Cancelation Fees

En plus des frais d’annulation retirés par les compagnies maritimes, Greekferries Club SA prélève 10% sur le montant retourné pour les trajets internationaux et 5% pour les réservations intérieures.
Open return tickets
Open return tickets can be canceled without charge when they are initially issued with an open date. When converted into open date they can be canceled with 50% cancelation fee.
Ticket Changes
Ticket change means changing the travel dates, the route or upgrade category.
Changing the route (ex. Rafina – Mykonos into Andros – Mykonos) and the name of the passenger requires cancellation of the original ticket (see the cancellation policy of the company) and the purchase of a new ticket.
ATTENTION! If the passenger has the original tickets in their hands, they have to return them to the issuing agent in order to replace them with new tickets.
Ticket Loss
In case of ticket loss, the passenger will have to buy new tickets in order to travel. Then the passenger must inform the company in writing, stating all the details of the lost ticket (departure date, route, ticket number) as well as the number of the new ticket purchased and its photocopy.
If the ticket is not found in the records of the company as converted into open date or appears as traveled, the company will replace it with a free ticket for the same route and accommodation category as the lost one. The loss statement will be submitted or sent by fax to the company headquarters.
Delay or cancellation of route
- DELAYED DEPARTURE: Passengers and vehicles can board the ferry without changing their tickets.
- CANCELLATION OF ROUTE: The tickets for the canceled route do not apply for boarding and must be changed for the next scheduled departure with available places, by replacing the original ticket.
- CAUTION: When the delay or cancelation of a ferry route is due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather), passengers are requested to communicate with the port offices of the company in order to be informed of the new departure time.
Open tickets
Open tickets are valid for one year from the issue date. Open tickets can not be accepted for boarding, if not replaced with new tickets with the specific departure date.
