Our web pages offer 2 ways for you to make a reservation if you are travelling from Italy to Greece and/or vv:
a. Via the Online System - in real time.
b. By filling in and submitting a Reservation Request for the company you want to travel with. In this case
we make the reservation for you.
Prior to using either the A or B method, we propose that you begin with our Compare-Prices-System: GREEKFERRIES-CRS.
Enter your travel details: routes, dates, passengers, vehicles, required cabins/seats etc.
The system will show you which companies serve the itineraries that you are interested in and how
much your reservation will cost with each of these companies.

The Greekferries - CRS system was developed by our team to help our visitors and our future customers to:

Italy and Greece.
- get an accurate pricing for their reservation without having to make calculations, or study and compare
numerous websites and brochures.
It is a system that compares the ticket price between all the ferry companies that operate the itinerary you
have selected.
It is user-friendly, simple and accurate. It is the result of our company’s 40 years of experience.
The System is updated on a daily basis so that the ticket prices, the offers and the discounts are
always accurate.

This is the FORTHCRS System of Greekferries Club SA for Real Time Ferry Reservations and Ticket Issuance.
This system is ideal for those who know exactly what kind of reservation they wish to make. It offers all basic discounts (eg family offers, student discounts, child discounts etc) as well as services (eg Camping on Board).
We check all online bookings and if we see you have not entered a discount or have forgotten the Camping
on Board service but are traveling by camper or caravan, we will correct your reservations and inform you of
the changes/refunds.
Τhe System does NOT include special or seasonal offers (eg Eurail /Interail, Early Booking, Supersaver,
Greekferries Club package offers ect). Furthermore, if you have a special request such as a cabin for
handicapped passengers, a pet cabin, an open return ticket we advise sending us a Reservation Request
so that our staff can assist you with your reservation.
Things you should know about the ΟNLINE System :
a. Regarding the collection of your tickets you can select:
- to have them sent to an address you will give us (please see delivery costs)
- to collect them from the port office on the day of departure (no extra charge)
b. An online booking can only be paid and finalized by credit card in the last step.
c. The System will only accept reservations when the depart date is at least 4 days away.
If you are less than 4 days from the date of travel you cannot make your reservation
through the Online System.
When buying your ticket through our agency you pay exactly they same as you would if you bought it
from the ferry company or the port office directly.
We offer you the following advantages though:
a. We confirm all reservations by email so you have written proof of your transactions.
b. Our experienced staff sends you a detailed offer based on the information you send us and takes into
account all possible offers and discounts that apply in your case offering you the most economical solution.
c. By booking your tickets once through GREEKFERRIES CLUB SA you automatically become a club member
and can benefit from our special discounts and offers for ferries and hotels throughout Greece and the
Greek islands.
We offer you 2 ways for collecting your tickets:
a. To collect them from the port office (check-in desk) on the day of departure.
This service is free of charge!
b. To have them sent to an address you will provide either by registered mail or courier.

ATTENTION! If your tickets do not arrive within the above mentioned time periods please contact us as soon
as possible so that we can track the tickets and accelerate the delivery.
If you use the ONLINE SYSTEM to make your reservation you CANNOT PAY LATER. In order to finalize your
booking in the system you have to enter your credit card details in the last step at which the entire cost of
the booking is charged to your credit card.
You CAN PAY LATER if you choose to send us a RESERVATION REQUEST FORM, ie when our staff makes
the reservation for you.
By sending us a Reservation Request we make an optional reservation for you, in other words we hold the
places you have selected temporarily and send you an offer. When holding the places the booking system
gives us a option date (deadline) by which we have to confirm the booking or it will be cancelled automatically.
If this option date gives us enough time we can offer you the alternative to pay by bank transfer.
In no case can you reserve your places now and pay at the port.
If you don’t own a credit card you cannot use the Online System. Bookings through the online system can
only be finalized if payment is made in the last step by credit card.
You will have to send us a RESERVATION REQUEST so that we can make your reservation for you. The
reservation request form has a field where you select the payment method you prefer. You can select:
a. by credit card or
b. by bank transfer.
Select b. by bank transfer and once you have received and accepted our offer will provide our bank account
details for the payment of your tickets.
Please note that we only accept payment by bank transfer when the booking system allows us
to hold the places long enough for the amount to reach our account.

Having already made a reservation with us, means that you have exchanged emails with an employee of our
company. For each change to your reservation we request that you address it to the same employee that
has communicated with you already. Alternatively you can contact our offices at tel +30 2810 264360 or
send an email giving as much information as possible regarding your booking (client code & reservation code)
and the change you wish to make. As long as your booking does not contain a special offer that does not
allow changes (eg Supersaver Offer of Superfast Ferries) and as long as there are still places available, we
can make the changes you require.
Α) For every change you make there is a changing fee of €10.00 if the total cost of your reservation is
up to €200 and €15.00 if the total cost is over €200.
Β) If we have sent the tickets to you, you will probably have to return them to us. The new tickets can
either be sent to you again if you agree to pay the delivery cost again or we can arrange for you to
collect them from the port office on the day of the departure free of charge.
ATTENTION! If you have already made the outbound trip and wish to make a change to your return trip
then you have to contact the ferry company’s central or port office directly. We would be happy to provide
their contact numbers if necessary.
For reservations up to 2 days before the departure date you are entitled to a full or partial refund depending
on the terms and conditions of the ferry company you have booked your tickets with. The refundable amount
is smaller the closer you are to the date of travel. Please note that from the refundable amount we hold a
further 5% cancellation fee.
If you are planning on making your traveling later on but have not set the dates yet, most ferry companies allow
you to make the tickets OPEN. Open tickets must be used by 31st December of the following year (this is
depends on the ferry company thought).
ATTENTION! If we have sent the tickets to you, you will have to return them to us regardless if you have
chosen to get a refund or to make the tickets open.
