FERRY ROUTES TO THE GREEK ISLANDS

01. What you need to know...

If you want to travel to one of the Greek Islands, the only way for you to book seats and tickets is through
the ONLINE system that we provide.

The Online Booking System is updated on a daily basis with schedules and prices.

The Online Booking System is also ideal for getting information about schedules, availability and prices for all
ferry companies.

Through the System you can also select how you wish to receive your tickets:

1. to have them sent to an address you will provide or
2. to collect them from the port office on the day of departure

You should also know that:

a. The Online Booking System does not accept reservations that are made less that 4 days before
the departure date, ie you cannot make your reservation today if you wish to travel tomorrow.

b. Schedules are added gradually to the system. Usually 2 months in advance at a time, i.e. the
August schedules are available around the beginning of June, not earlier.

c. When selecting your departure port the system automatically filters the arrival ports and shows
only those that your departure port connects to.

d. The system accepts multi-trip reservations (2-4 legs booked at once) as long as all the ferries you
select belong to the same ferry company.

02. What will it cost to make my reservation with the Greekferries Club SA?

The cost of your tickets is the standard price set by the ferry company. There is no additional cost.

For all reservations you make we charge a 15 Euro booking fee.

This amount is the same regardless of the number of bookings you make, the number of passengers
or if you select to travel with more than one ferry companies. The booking fee is charged only once.

If you have to make more than one reservations through the Online Booking Systen, either because
you are more than 6 passengers or because you wish to travel with more than one ferry company or
because you wish to book more than 4 trips, the System will charge you with the booking fee for each
reservation you make but all extra fees will be refunded to your credit card within 24 hours.

In order for the extra booking fees to be refunded:

- in the field for additional information please mention you are planning to make more than one reservation

- furthermore, all reservations must be made on the same day. If the second or third reservations are made
on a different day the booking fee is not refundable.

Note: The 15 Euro booking fee does not apply to members of the Greekferries Club.

03. How will I receive my tickets?

We offer you 2 ways for collecting your tickets:

Α. To have them sent to your address either by registered mail or courier.
B. To collect them from the port office (check-in desk) on the day of departure.

METHOD A

Delivery by registered mail or Courier

Delivery charges via Post (registered mail):
Within Greece €10 5 working days
Europe €17 10 working days
Outside Europe €25 15 working days
     
Delivery charges via Courier:
Within Greece €17 1-2 working days
Europe €25 2-3 working days
Outside Europe €32 3-4 working days

ATTENTION! If your tickets do not arrive within the above mentioned time periods please contact us as
soon as possible so that we can track the tickets and speed up the delivery. Furthermore if we think that
the tickets will not reach you in time we will arrange for you to collect the tickets from the port office instead.
You will be informed of this change by email and the price different will be refunded to your credit card.

METHOD B

Collection from the port office on the day of departure

Through our online booking system, you have chosen to collect your tickets from the port on the day
of departure. As soon as we receive your booking and within 24 hours at the latest you will receive a final
confirmation from one of our staff member whereby we will give you your client number and the address
and contact number of the port office where you are to collect the tickets from. This service
costs 10 Euro.


In order to collect the tickets you will need your client number, your reservation code as well as
your passport or ID card.

04. Explanation of seat and cabin categories.

When you make a reservation you will encounter 1-3 different types of boats: the conventional boats, the
high speed ferries (passenger+vehicles) and the catamarans (Flyingcat). Each type offers different categories
of seats/cabins or the same categories but with a different code.

The following list gives all categories that you will encounter and their codes:

Α2, AA2, AS2, A42 2-Bed outside cabin with shower/WC
AB2, AB42 2-Bed inside cabin with shower/WC
B2, B42 2-Bed inside cabin with wash-basin
Α3, AA3, A43 3-Bed outside cabin with shower/WC
ΑΒ3, AB43 3-Bed inside cabin with shower/WC
B3, B43 3-Bed inside cabin with wash-basin
Α4, AA4, A44 4-Bed outside cabin with shower/WC
ΑΒ4, AB44 4-Bed inside cabin with shower/WC
B4, B44 4-Bed inside cabin with wash-basin

ATS, S, AK Airplane type seats (numbered seats)

05. The ONLINE system will not confirm my reservation. Why?

The most likely causes are:

A. The date of travel you have entered is less than 4 days away. The system cannot accept your
reservation.

B. The cabin/seat you have selected is not available.

(it is possible that the system shows you the seats are available but at the same time someone else is
trying to book the same seats. If they finish their reservation before you and there are no more seats
available you will not be able to finalize your reservation. Another possibility is that you have selected
the same cabin/seat category for more than one routes but on at least one route this category is not
available)

C. There are places available but our allotment for the specific ferry has run out.

(On most ferries there is no limit to the places we can book as long as there is availability. There are a
few ferries though that give us a certain number of passengers we can book on each departure (allotment).
We usually have an allotment for 50-70 passengers but in summer is it possible that out allotment runs
out for a specific ferry.)

D. The system does not show any ferries on the date you want to travel.

(One reason is because there are no ferries scheduled for that day. Check 1-2 days before and after to see
is this is the case. The other possibility is that you are trying to make your reservation a bit early – more than
2 months in advance- and the specific schedules have not been uploaded yet.)

In all of the above cases where you are having difficulty with the System we kindly request you click at the
top right, where our company logo is, on “Having difficulties with the booking system? Please click here.”

Get information from the booking system, fill in and submit the reservation request form. Within 24 hours
you will receive a detailed offer from our staff for the ferries you requested or, if not available, for the next
best solution we can offer.

06. I do not have a credit card. How I can make a reservation?

If you don’t own a credit card you cannot use the Online Booking System. Bookings through the online
system can only be finalized if payment is made in the last step by credit card.

What you can do is get information from the booking system (departure times, ferry company name, type
of accommodation etc), and then fill in and submit the reservation request form you will find by clicking at
the top right corner of the System: “Having difficulties with the booking system? Please click here.”

Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed offer from us for the ferries you requested or, if not available,
for the next best solution we can offer.

If the system allows us to hold the places for you long enough, we will offer you the option
of paying by bank transfer.

Certain ferry companies do not allow us to hold the places for more than 2 days. In this case we cannot
not offer the bank transfer option as we cannot guarantee availability until the amount arrives in our account.

In no case can you book your tickets now and pay at the port on the day of departure.

07. Cancellations and alterations of ferry departures.

It is possible that a scheduled departure may change or even be cancelled if the ferry company deems
this absolutely necessary or due to force major (e.g. bad weather conditions).

We strongly suggest that passengers reconfirm their ferry departure 24 hours prior to embarkation with
the port agent of the ferry company they are travelling with.

08. General terms of travel.

A. Ticket Changes

Having made a reservation with us means that you have received at least one email from one of our
employees. If you need to change your reservation, we kindly request that you contact this employee
directly.

Alternatively, you can communicate with our offices by telephone (+ 30).2810.264360 or send an email.

To help us assist you as fast as possible please supply details of your reservation (customer and reservation
codes) as well as the changes that you wish to make.

If the conditions allow and there is availability of places, we can make the changes you require.

a. For each change there is a fee. If the total cost of your tickets is up to €200.00 you are debited
€10.00, if the total cost is above €200.00 the debit is €15.00.

b. In the event where we have sent you the tickets they will need to be returned to us. The new
tickets will be sent to you (if time allows) debiting you again with the delivery cost or, alternatively,
we can arrange for you to collect the from the port on the day of departure (€10.00).

If you were going to collect your tickets from the port on the day of departure, then we will make the
change and you will collect the tickets from the port office as originally planned.

ATTENTION! If you have already made your outbound (first) journey and wish to change one of your other
trips you will have to contact the central office of the ferry company you’re travelling with or their port agent
directly. We can provide the telephone/fax numbers for you to contact them for the change.

Β. Loss of tickets

If you lose your tickets, you have to:

1. You declare the loss in writing to Greekferries Club.
2. In order to travel it will be necessary to purchase new tickets.

Provided that, by the end of the year, the Shipping Company audit files show that the ticket(s) have not been
used, you are eligible either for a refund or a new ticket of equal value. This condition depends on the ferry
company.

C. Cancellation of tickets

If you wish to cancel your tickets you need to communicate as soon as possible with Greekferries Club.

Each shipping company has different terms of cancellation. These are as follows:

Aegean Speed Lines:
- From the day the ticket is issued to 24 hours before sailing: 50% cancellation.
- From 24 hours up to prior to the departure, the tickets can ONLY be transferred
to OPEN DATE or they are lost.

Agoudimos Lines:
- From the day of issue until 48 hours before sailing there is a total refund.
- From 48 until 24 hours before the hour of departure: 50% cancellation.
- From 24 hours until the hour of departure: no refund.

Anek Lines:
- From the day of issue until 30 days before sailing total refund.
- From 29 until 7 days before the day of departure 20% cancellation.
- From 6 days until 24 hours before the day of departure 50% cancellation.
- From 24 hours until the hour of departure is not refundable.

Blue Star Ferries:
High Season:
- From the date the ticket is issued to 7 days prior to departure : Full refund.
- From 7 days to 4 hours prior to departure : 50% refund or transfer to OPEN
date ticket.
Low Season:
- From the date of issue to 3 days prior to departure - Full refund.
- From 3 days to 2 hours prior to departure - 50% refund or transfer to OPEN
date ticket.

G.A. Ferries:
- From the day the ticket is issued until 2 hours before sailing: 50% cancellation.

Hellenic Seaways:
- From the day the ticket is issued until 2 hours before sailing: 50% cancellation.

Minoan Lines:
- From the day the ticket is issued until 30 days before sailing 10% cancellation.
- From 29 until 7 days before the day of departure 25% cancellation.
- From 7 days until 24 hours before the day of departure 50% cancellation.
- From 24 hours until the hour of departure is not refundable.

Nel Lines:
- From the day of issue until 15 days before sailing total refund.
- From 15 days until 2 hours before the hour of departure is not refundable.

Ε. Open Tickets

In the event where a passenger cannot not use his tickets the shipping companies accept their transformation
to OPEN DATE TICKETS as long as the passenger contacts the travel agent or the ferry company before the scheduled date of departure.

The open tickets should be used within a specific time period which is set by the ferry company.

F. Refunds

Refunds are made after the passenger has made a written application (by email or fax) to Greekferries Club
for full or partial cancellation of a reservation and this has been approved by the Ferry Company. Some delay
is to be expected in certain cases.
