Train and Ferry

Superfast Ferries participates as a full member on the following railway offers / cards:

Inter Rail, Eurail, Euro Domino, BIJ, BIGT, Rail Plus, Train N’ Ferry, Balkan Flexipass, Greek Flexipass, Greek Flexipass Rail N’ Fly, Vergina Flexipass, DB Autozug tickets and ScanRail.

Holders of the above railway offers / cards may travel with Superfast Ferries in DECK, paying only port dues. Accommodation upgrades can be arranged by the port offices or the chief Purser on board.

Open when at sea our on-board casino has a wide variety of slot machines and electronic roulette for high adrenaline. Try your luck, you may be the next winner!!

- Disco / Lounge Bar :

Dance the night away to the biggest Greek and international hits in our Disco! Do not miss our happenings, including traditional Greek shows and theme nights. The disco operates daily from 10:30 p.m. until late hours.

Services

- Reception / Information Desk :

The reception desk personnel is 24 hours available for your information and service. At the reception Bureau you can be informed about the loyalty program of Superfast Ferries concerning both passengers who travel with us frequently (Travel Club) and professional drivers (Super Club). Travel information is available at our board info kiosks. At the reception you may also find an exchange Bureau.

- Telecommunication & Internet :

The following communication options are available on-board:

- Now, you can call and receive calls, send and receive SMS and data during the whole duration of the trip*. This is a special roaming service via satellite for which you will be billed directly by your GSM provider. There is an extra charge for this service so, if you do not wish to receive it please switch off your mobile phone as soon as you receive the automatic welcome SMS or when the IS-08 or ON WAVES provider name appears on your screen. For information about the rates of this service please contact the Reception desk.
* Roaming subscription mandatory.

- Internet corner** and wireless Internet connection (WI-FI) by using your laptop during the entire trip. Simply purchase your access cards (Internet and WI-FI) at all bars on-board.

- Storage Facilities :

We offer storage facilities in our refrigerator or deep freezer for special items. Money or valuables can be handed in at the ship's Purser's Office for safekeeping at owner's risk.

- Pet Accommodation :

Special cabins for pet accommodation as well as special kennels (on Deck 10) are provided for the maximum comfort of your beloved pet. For health reasons, pets are not allowed in cabins (other than the special assigned ones), bars, restaurants and in all indoor areas of the ship. Owners are responsible for the care, safety and hygiene of their pets and must observe all laws and regulations related to the above. There is a special area available for your pet's daily hygiene.

- Lost and Found Service :

Please, report the loss of any personal item to the Reception Desk on board during the voyage or to the Head Office (Customer Service Dept., tel.: +30 210 8919010) after disembarkation. Moreover, you are kindly requested to turn in at the Reception Desk any items you may find.

- Currency Exchange :

The accepted currency on board is EURO. A Currency Exchange bureau is located at the Reception area for your convenience. Our shops accept all major credit cards. On board the vessel there is an ATM.

Embarkation / Maps

Boarding cards and cabin keys are issued during check-in, which is mandatory. You can check-in at Superfast Ferries booths located at the Passenger Terminal / Stazione Marittima. Please note that check-in closes thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Following check-in, you are required to drive your vehicle to the parking area outside the vessel. Boarding starts two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure. Whether you travel with or without a vehicle, you should report for embarkation two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time.
To board the vessel you shall present a valid passport and other travel documents (if required) and your boarding card.

For your convenience, there is a shuttle-bus service at the ports of Bari and Ancona, to and from the terminal and the ships.

Boarding and Check-In Information

When boarding the vessel, always have your boarding card and valid passport or ID ready.

* You may experience heavy traffic in the highways during weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), bank holidays and in the summer period,
so please plan your journey in order to arrive at the port on time.

** Campers and caravans booked for camping on board: For your own convenience, it is advisable that on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday),
bank holidays and during the summer period you present yourselves at check-in 3 hours prior to the vessel’s departure.
