Blue Star Ferries welcomes you on board for an unforgettable cruise experience
in Adriatic Sea routes. The Greek Ferries Club Team aim to offer you
quality services that will ensure good value for money.
The reception desk personnel is 24 hours available for your information and service. At the reception Bureau you can be informed about the loyalty program of Blue Star Ferries concerning both passengers who travel with us frequently (Travel Club) and professional drivers (Super Club). Travel information is available at our board info kiosks. At the reception you may also find an exchange Bureau.
The following communication options are available on-board:
- Now, you can call and receive calls, send and receive SMS and data during the whole duration of
the trip*. This is a special roaming service via satellite for which you will be billed directly by your GSM provider.
There is an extra charge for this service so, if you do not wish to receive it please switch off your mobile phone as
soon as you receive the automatic welcome SMS or when the IS-08 or ON WAVES provider name appears on your
screen. For information about the rates of this service please contact the Reception desk.
* Roaming subscription mandatory.
- Internet corner** and wireless Internet connection (WI-FI) by using your laptop during the entire trip.
Simply purchase your access cards (Internet and WI-FI) at all bars on-board.
** Not available in SUPERFAST I, SUPERFASTII.
- Coin-operated telephones via satellite.
We offer storage facilities in our refrigerator or deep freezer for special items. Money or valuables can be handed in
at the ship's Purser's Office for safekeeping at owner's risk.
Special cabins for pet accommodation as well as special kennels (on Deck 10) are provided for the maximum comfort of your beloved pet. For health reasons, pets are not allowed in cabins (other than the special assigned ones), bars, restaurants and in all indoor areas of the ship. Owners are responsible for the care, safety and hygiene of their pets and must observe all laws and regulations related to the above. There is a special area available for your pet's daily hygiene.
Please, report the loss of any personal item to the Reception Desk on board during the voyage or to the Head Office (Customer Service Dept., tel.: +30 210 8919010) after disembarkation.
The accepted currency on board is EURO. A Currency Exchange bureau is located at the Reception area for your convenience. Our shops accept all major credit cards. On board the vessel there is an ATM.
